The card has three sections:
- Header row: Unit Name / Unit Type / Points Cost.
- Troop section: columns for No., Troop Type, WS, BS, S, T, W, I, A, Ld, Save, Special.
- Vehicle section: columns for No., Vehicle Type, BS, Armour (Front/Side/Rear), Special. (Dreadnoughts can use either section – put their extra stats under 'Special'.)
- Weapons section: columns for Weapons, Range, Strength, AP, Shots, Special Rules.
- The back of the card is used for noting experience, battle honours and the unit's history.
