Infantry Platoon
An Infantry Platoon consists of a Command Squad – a Junior Officer and his attendant staff, bought from the Command Squad entry – and from 2 to 5 Infantry squads.
Each Platoon counts as a single Troops choice on the Force Organisation chart when deploying, and is rolled for collectively when rolling for reserves. Otherwise they function as independent units.

Remnants: Normally when a Platoon suffers casualties, depleted squads are merged to remain at full strength. There may be troops left over from this process, so each Platoon with at least two full squads may include a further squad at less than maximum strength. It will consist of a Sergeant and between four and eight Guardsmen at +6 pts each. They may not include a heavy weapon team but may include all other options.
