Type: Tank Crew: Chaos Space Marines

Weapons: The Chaos Land Raider is armed with two twin-linked lascannon and a twin-linked heavy bolter.

Options: The Chaos Land Raider may be equipped with any of the vehicle upgrades and Gifts allowed from the Chaos Space Marine Armoury.

Transport: The Chaos Land Raider can carry up to ten Chaos Space Marines, or five Chaos Space Marine Terminators.

Fire Points - 0: The Land Raider is a vehicle of ancient design, and represents the pinnacle of armoured vehicle technology. As such, the protection afforded by its inches thick, massively armoured hull cannot be compromised by extraneous hatches and firing ports. The top hatches are for the use of the Land Raider's crew, and cannot be used by passengers as firing ports.

Access Points - 3: The Land Raider has a large frontal access ramp and a hatch on each side of the hull, any of which may be used to embark or disembark.

Notes: There are two special features of the Land Raider that are made possible by the Possessing Spirit. This is a daemonic presence that replaces the Machine Spirit in Land Raiders dedicated to Chaos.

Fire Control: The Chaos Space Marine gunner is assisted in selecting and targeting the enemy by the possessing force of the Infernal Device. The vehicle may always fire one additional weapon system to those it would normally be able to fire (assuming it isn't already firing them all and that it is entitled to fire at the speed it is moving). This shot may be targeted against a different target to that engaged by the crew. Automatic targeting is less accurate than if directed by a crewman and is conducted with BS2. If the crew are stunned or shaken and unable to fire, the possessing force of the Infernal Device may still fire a weapon using this rule.

Infernal Device: If the crew are stunned and unable to direct the Land Raider, then the possessing force of the Infernal Device will take over temporarily. The Land Raider may be moved directly ahead in a straight line up to its maximum move.

Land Raiders are immobilised by difficult terrain as normal.
