Searchlight
Searchlights are only of use in missions using the Night Fighting special rule. Searchlights allow one enemy unit spotted by the vehicle to be fired at by any other friendly units that are in range and have a line of fire, without them having to determine how far they can see first. A vehicle that uses its searchlight in this way is similarly exposed and can be fired on by any enemy units that are in range and have a line of fire in their turn.
