Flak Jacket

Most Cults simply do not have the materiel access to ensure all members get normal Flak Armour, and thus many of the lower members must make so with cheaper substitutes constructed from whatever is at hand. While not as good as the real thing, the heavy material provides some modicum of protection and gives the wearer a 6+ Armour Save.
