Reaver Jetbike

Treated in the same manner as a normal jetbike, Reaver jetbikes are almost the same as the Eldar jetbike apart from an added turbo-booster. This may be activated in any movement phase, and increases the jetbike's move to 24" instead of 12". However, the model may not shoot or assault on the same turn the booster is used. When a Reaver uses its jetbike turbo-booster then its saving throw becomes invulnerable for that turn and the opposing player's following turn. If one model in a Reaver jetbike unit uses its booster, then all the other models must also do so. Characters riding a Reaver jetbike may only be armed with single-handed weapons, and may only use one at a time (they need the other hand free to control the jetbike). In addition they may not use a webway portal or Crucible of Malediction.

Errata — Chapter Approved: Codex: Dark Eldar Q&A (v2.0): A character on a Reaver jetbike cannot use Combat Drugs' 12" assault move option to move the bike any faster — the bike itself doesn't move faster just because its rider has taken combat drugs. As with all bikes, a Reaver jetbike grants the rider +1 Toughness. The Codex entry omits that it should also grant +1 Strength, the same as it does for Wyches riding to war on them (a rulebook-standard bike benefit); this omission is corrected in Chapter Approved and in future printings of the Codex.
