Doom Bolt

Doom Bolt is a psychic power that may be used in the model's shooting phase instead of it shooting a weapon. A Psychic test must be passed in order to use the power. When used, Doom Bolt counts as a weapon with the following profile. Roll to hit, etc, as normal.
